AMPCo Direct has a number of services available that may be of use to you for future mailings with a response device. AMPCo Direct is set up to receive responses to your mailing campaigns/ loyalty programs by Reply Paid mail, facsimile or e-mail.

AMPCo Direct will provide you with a personalised:
Reply Paid number – including the correct format to ensure you do not incur additional postage charges
Facsimile number – very useful for Drug Recalls, FulfilmentPrograms and RSVP’s to Invitations as they are generally time sensitive
E-mail address - again, useful for RSVP’s to Invitations
…to receive responses to your mailing campaigns at our office.

Response Tracking

We then database the responses, quickly and accurately, and supply them to you in your preferred format, e.g. Access, Excel.

Customer specific information, such as Sales Representatives’ Territory Numbers, can be easily incorporated into the database. Linking the database to a cross-reference table of postcodes.

Statistical analysis of your Responses can be provided utilizing the wealth of information held on each doctor.All reports are designed according to your needs and delivered to you (usually via e-mail) at a frequency of your choosing.

Fulfilment

Managing and delivering the fulfilment component of any direct mail programme, in an efficient and timely manner, is critical to producing a successful programme. This is particularly so in the demanding and highly competitive field of healthcare.

AMPCo Direct has managed fulfilment projects for the healthcare industry for many years, and has developed a formidable reputation as leading provider of fulfilment services.

Current projects include a national sampling programme to doctors that requires doctor samples orders to be received, collated and fulfilled promptly. AMPCo Direct distributes product samples, using both courier services and Australia post, to around 9,000 doctors every 3 months.

AMPCo Direct is the fulfilment provider for the National Prescribing Service (NPS) and we manage the ordering, databasing and delivery of many thousands of leaflets, information pieces and patient care books to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, community health organizations, government institutions and patients on a weekly basis.

AMPCo Direct can manage and database responses to your direct mail programmes and deliver the required fulfilment quickly and efficiently. All our facilities are in–house (including warehousing if required), and we are fully accredited by NSW Health to store and deliver pharmaceutical products.

Be it samples, promotional materials, education materials or personalised letters delivered on a schedule, we will manage the total fulfilment back to those respondents on your behalf.

Regardless of whether there are 100 or 10,000 items to be delivered, we will ensure that the most cost-effective processing is used. This may involve utilizing the services of either our Sydney or Melbourne mailhouse or having each item assembled and despatched individually from our offices.

Poisons License

We are licensed under the Poisons & Therapeutic Goods Act 1966 to distribute scheduled pharmaceutical products.

We currently manage fulfilment and distribution programmes of pharmaceutical products and services direct to the medical community including the very successful Syndicated Sampling Programme.

Track Record

We are currently managing fulfilment to doctors and ‘Direct to Patient’ fulfilment programmes, on behalf of Pharmaceutical Industry clients, that involve from 60 to 60,000 respondents.

Many of these projects are particularly ‘time-sensitive’, requiring information to be databased and material to be delivered in either a very short turn-around time, or on a specific schedule or, in some cases, both.
